מפגינים בצומת תקוע: גופות חיילינו בשבי וגופות מחבלים מוחזרות
כמאה מתיישבים ובראשם ראשי תנועת 'נשים בירוק' וראש מועצת גוש עציון מחו נגד האישור שניתן לקיומו של מסע ההלוויה למחבל שביצע פיגוע דריסה בראשית השבוע.
אל צומת עמוס (צומת ה-T) שבמזרח גוש עציון הגיעו היום (שישי) כמאה מתושבי האזור ופעילי תנועת 'נשים בירוק' למפגן מחאה בעקבות פיגוע הדריסה שהתרחש במקום בראשית השבוע ומופע ההלוויה הרהבתני שערכו לו ברשות הפלשתינית.
כזכור, המחבל שביצע את הפיגוע חוסל בידי כוח צה"ל, אולם מערכת הביטחון השיבה את גופתו למשפחתו וזו ערכה לו הלוויה המונית ומדוגללת שלוותה ב"מפגן ניצחון". את קיומו של מסע ההלויה איפשר הצבא תוך שהוא מונע תנועת יהודים על הציר.
באירוע המחאה נכח גם ראש מועצת גוש עציון, שלמה נאמן, שאמר: "מסירות נפש הא שתקבע את גורלו של המקום הזה. עם ישראל מסר את הנפש ומוסר את נפשו מדי יום. לדבר הזה אין מחיר. קובעים עובדות ללא מחירים, והעובדה היא שאנחנו כאן לתמיד וכדי ליישם את ה'לתמיד' הזה עלינו לתרגם זאת לדגל ישראל שמורם גבוה. המדינה צריכה להרים את הדגל שלה ולומר אחת ולתמיד שזה שטח ששייך לה. נתכנן כאן את חיינו כמדינה ריבונית בשטח ריבוני מאז כניסת יהושע בן נון לארץ. אנחנו כאן לתמיד וכדי להיות כאן הריבון".
ראשי תנועת 'נשים בירוק' שארגנה את מפגן המחאה, יהודית קצובר ונדיה מטר, קובעות כי הכוח הצבאי שחיסל את המחבל פעל נכון ובמקצועיות הנדרשת ממנו, אולם הדרג המדיני ובראשו שר הביטחון, אביגדור ליברמן, איפשר את השבת גופתו של המחבל בניגוד להחלטת הקבינט הביטחוני מראשית ינואר 2017.
יהודית קצובר נשאה דברים במהלך הארוע וציינה כי בעוד החמאס מחזיק את גופותיהם של סמ"ר אורון שאול וסגן הדר גולדין ז"ל מתנהלת ממשלת ישראל ברפיסות כאשר היא מחזירה את גופתו של מחבל נתעב למשפחתו. "עלינו להצטרף לקריאת משפחות שאול וגולדין לשינוי המשוואה. החזקת גופות חיילינו צריכה להיות נטל ולא נכס עבור החמאס".
על כל אלה מוסיפות השתיים וקובעות כי רק החלת ריבונות ישראלית על השטח כולו היא שגדע את תקוות המחבלים לסילוק עם ישראל מארצו, תקווה שהיא הרוח במפרשי הטרור. "ריבונות תבהיר את כוונתנו להישאר כאן לנצח ותעקור את הטרור מהשורש".
ב'נשים בירוק' מדווחים כי גורם צבאי בכיר מסר לראשי התנועה כי בכוונת הצבא לשקול מחדש את המדיניות שאיפשרה את קיומה של ההפגנה הערבית שליוותה את הלווייתו של המחבל.

Demonstrators at Tekoa Junction: We Return Terrorists' Bodies While Our Soldiers' Bodies are Held Captive
Approximately one hundred residents, led by Women in Green and the head of Gush Etzion Council, protested the funeral procession that was held for a terrorist who carried out a ramming attack in the beginning of the week.
Approximately one hundred residents of the area along with members of Women in Green came to the Amos Junction (the T intersection) in east Gush Etzion on Friday to demonstrate and protest the ramming attack that occurred at the place in the beginning of the week and the offensive funeral procession that they held for him in the Palestinian Authority.
As we know, the terrorist that carried out the attack was killed by IDF forces. But the Defense Ministry returned his body to his family and they held a huge, noisy funeral for him accompanied by a "victory demonstration". The army allowed the funeral procession while preventing movement of Jews on the main artery in Gush Etsion.
The head of Gush Etzion Council, Shlomo Ne'eman, was also present at the protest event, stating: "Self-sacrifice is what will determine the fate of this place. The People of Israel has sacrificed itself and continues to sacrifice itself every day. There is no price for this. We determine facts without prices, and the fact is that we are here forever and in order to realize this "forever" we must translate it into the Israeli flag being hoisted high. The state must raise her flag and say once and for all that this territory belongs to us. We have planned our lives here as a sovereign state in a sovereign territory ever since Joshua bin Nun entered the Land. We are here forever and must be the sovereign here".
The heads of the Women in Green movement, who organized the vigil, Yehudit Katsover and Nadia Matar, state that the military force that eliminated the terrorist acted correctly and professionally as is required of it, but the political level, headed by Defense Minister Avigdor Lieberman, allowed the return of the terrorist's body, a violation of the decision of the Security Cabinet at the beginning of January 2017.
Yehudit Katsover spoke at the event, noting that while Hamas holds the bodies of Staff Sergeant Oron Shaul, z"l and Lieutenant Hadar Goldin, z"l, the Israeli government demonstrates weakness when it returns the body of a despicable terrorist to his family. "We must join the call of the families of Shaul and Goldin for a change in the equation. Holding the bodies of our soldiers must be a burden and not an asset for Hamas".
In addition, the two women state that only the application of Israeli sovereignty over the entire territory is what will eliminate the hopes of the terrorists to remove the People of Israel from its Land, a hope that is the wind in the sails of terror. "Sovereignty will make clear our intentions to remain here forever and it will uproot terror from the root".
Women in Green reports that a senior military figure communicated to the heads of the movement saying that the army intends to reconsider the policy that allowed the Arab demonstration accompanying the terrorist's funeral.
