שבת מדהימה בגבעת עוז וגאו"ן ותוכנית יום א'
שבת מדהימה עברה על מתיישבי גבעת עוז וגאו"ן (שהוקמה כידוע בתגובה לרצח בנינו גיל-עד, אייל ונפתלי הי"ד)
עשרות יהודים מרחבי הארץ , רווקים ומשפחות עם ילדים, סטודנטים עולים חדשים מהמדרשה הציונית ועולים מארה"ב, כולם הגיעו לגבעה, פרסו את אוהליהם, הוציאו את האוכל שהכינו בבית וקיבלו יחד את השבת בקבלת שבת מרגשת ,יחד עם הרב רפי טאוויל מאלון שבות שהגיע לתפילה עם בחורי הישיבה שלו ועוד תושבים.
הרב תומר כראזי ואשתו חני ניהלו את השבת ביד רמה- תפילות, סעודות, שיעורים, משחקים לילדים. לסעודה שלישית צעדו עשרות תושבים ממגדל עוז ואלון שבות לגבעה ושמעו את הרצאתו המרתקת של מר שלמה בן שלום, מוותיקי גוש עציון. כבר שנים רבות שכביש צומת הגוש- מגדל עוז לא ראה יהודים צועדים עליו. לאורך השבת היו בגבעה כ300 איש..
בהבדלה הרגישו כל הנוכחים כחברי משפחת אחת- משפחת גבעת עוז וגאו"ן.
במוצ"ש התקיימה בגבעה מלווה מלכה עם הזמר יהודה לויכטר. היום הסתיים עם 30 בני נוער מאלעזר שהפתיעו וקיימו ערב נגינה ומנגל במקום עד שעות הבוקר המוקדמות.

4. 19:00 *שיעור ברוסית עם הרב שלמה נאמן ואליעזר שוגורודסקי בנושא הלכות מלכים ופרשת שבוע

5. 19:30 מנחה ושיעור עם הרב ברוך אפרתי

9. 18:00 הרצאה באנגלית מפי פנינה טיילור , תושבת גבעת עוז וגאו"ן בשבוע האחרון, על חזרתה לחיק היהדות אחרי 17 שנה בנצרות
10. 20:00 הרצאה באנגלית עם פרופ' יוג'ין קונטורוביץ "Settlements Elsewhere"

תודה לכל התורמים בארץ ובחו"ל. בזכותכם אנחנו מצליחים להתקיים בגבעה. ההוצאות רבות. דלק לגנרטורים, אבטחה, הובלות, ציוד וחומרים לבניית פרגולות , ספסלים, מחצלות,כסאות,שולחנות...הפרויקט הדחוף ביותר כרגע הוא גיוס תרומות לסגירת הדלת והחלונות של המבנה- הדבר נצרך למען בטיחות האנשים במקום. עלות הפרויקט כ-10,000 ₪.

An Amazing Shabbat at Giv'at Oz and Ga'on and the Schedule for Sunday
It was an amazing Shabbat at Giv'at Oz and Ga'on (which was established, of course, in response to the murder of our sons Gil-ad, Ayal and Naftali, may G-d avenge their blood). Dozens of Jews from all over Israel, singles, families with children, students, new immigrants from the Zionist midrasha and immigrants from the United States, all came to the Giv'a (Hill), opened their tents, took out the food that they had prepared at home and welcomed the Sabbath with a moving Kabalat Shabbat ceremony, together with Rabbi Rafi Tawil from Alon Shvut, who came to the prayer service along with his yeshiva students and other residents.
Rabbi Tomer Karazi and his wife Hani organized the Sabbath lavishly – including prayers, meals, Torah lessons and games for the children. For the third Sabbath meal, dozens of residents from Migdal Oz and Alon Shvut came by foot to the Giv'a and heard a fascinating lecture by Mr. Shlomo ben Shalom, one of the long-time residents of Gush Etzion. It has been many years since the Gush Etzion-Migdal Oz Junction has seen so many Jews passing through on foot. About 300 people came to the Giv'a over the course of the Sabbath.
At Havdalah everyone felt as if they were members of the same family – the family of Giv'at Oz and Ga'on.
After Shabbat, a Melave Malka (communal meal to usher out the Sabbath) was held with the singer Yehuda Loichter. The day ended with 30 youths from Elazar who surprised us with an evening of singing and barbecuing until the early morning hours.

· 19:00 *Torah lesson in Russian with Rabbi Shlomo Ne'eman and Eliezer Shogorodski on the subject of religious law for kings and the weekly Torah portion
· *Torah lesson in Hebrew with Rabbi Rosen
· 19:30 Minha (afternoon prayer) and Torah lesson with Rabbi Baruch Efrati
Monday, 9 Tamuz, July 7:
· 16:00 Story hour and children's activities
· 17:30 Picnic for the families

Thanks to all of the supporters who continue to stream in to the Giv'a to demonstrate a Jewish presence and who bring with them cold drinks, food and other necessities. Thanks to all of the donors in Israel and abroad. It is by your merit that we can be here at the Giv'a. There are many expenses. Fuel for the generators, security, deliveries, equipment and building materials for the pergolas, benches, mats, chairs, tables… the most urgent project at the moment is to raise funds for securing the door and the windows of the building – this is required for the security of the people at the site. The cost of the project is approximately NIS 10,000.
